Are your booster boxes and packs authentic and factory sealed?
Yes. Every booster box, prize pack, and sealed product we sell is 100% factory sealed and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We never sell resealed or tampered product.
Are your graded cards genuine PSA / CGC / BGS slabs?
Yes. All graded cards are certified by independent third-party grading companies. You can verify any certification number directly on the grading company's website (e.g., psacard.com for PSA certs).
How is my order packaged?
Booster boxes are packed with rigid protective materials to prevent corner and edge damage in transit. Graded cards are secured with card savers and bubble wrap so the slab cannot shift during shipping. Single cards are sleeved and placed in a rigid top-loader or card mailer.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic (Portugal) delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. International (EU) delivery time varies by destination; a tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.
Can I return a sealed product?
Sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the seal is unbroken. Once opened, sealed booster boxes and packs cannot be returned, since their value and authenticity can no longer be verified. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I return a graded or single card?
Graded and single cards are sold as described based on the photos and certification shown at time of listing. Returns are accepted within 14 days only if the item doesn't match the listing or arrives damaged in transit.
Do you sell to buyers outside Portugal?
Yes, we currently ship throughout the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
