About us
GoldenPoke (goldenpoke.com) is operated from Aveiro, Portugal. We sell Pokémon TCG booster boxes, booster bundles, gift boxes, prize packs, graded cards, single cards, and accessories. Our products come in several languages, including Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, and Italian; the language of each item is stated in its listing. GoldenPoke is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Pokémon names and images are trademarks of their respective owners.

Using this website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be of legal age in your country to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Products and authenticity
All sealed products are factory-sealed. All graded cards are certified by independent grading companies (such as PSA, CGC, or BGS); the grade is the grading company's assessment. Photos show the actual item for graded and single cards. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euros (or in US dollars for customers in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia) and include VAT where it applies. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, or sells out before we can confirm your order, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Shipping, customs, and risk
Delivery times are estimates. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the customer. Lost or damaged parcels are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which includes your 14-day right to cancel.

Payments and security
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Liability
We are not responsible for changes in the market value of collectible items after purchase. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country.
