About Us

GoldenPoke is operated from Portugal, specializing in Japanese Pokémon TCG booster boxes, prize packs, graded cards, single cards, and accessories.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued in that case. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Product Authenticity

All sealed products are factory-sealed and sourced from authorized suppliers. All graded cards are certified by independent third-party grading companies (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.); grading and certification details are the responsibility of the grading company, not GoldenPoke.

Intellectual Property

Pokémon, Pokémon character names, and associated images are trademarks of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. GoldenPoke is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company.

Limitation of Liability

GoldenPoke is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to secondary market value fluctuations of collectible items.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
