Graded Cards and Single Cards

Sold as described, based on certification and photos at time of listing. Returns accepted within 14 days if the item doesn’t match the listing or arrives damaged in transit. Not accepted for change of mind once accurately described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact goldenpoke.eu@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos. We arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping for verified cases.

How to Request a Return

Email your order number and reason to goldenpoke.eu@gmail.com. Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable: opened boxes/packs, used accessories, items marked final sale. This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under EU/Portuguese law.
