Shipping policy



Packaging

All sealed boxes and graded cards are packed with protective materials (rigid mailers, bubble wrap, card savers) to prevent damage in transit. Graded slabs are further secured against shifting.


Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at goldenpoke.eu@gmail.com with your order number so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
